Kids Races
Age 1 – 17
5k
Kids age 7 and older race or walk the 5k.
5k racers must finish in 60 minutes; walkers, in 75 minutes.
Mile
Kids 7 and older race, jog, or walk the mile.
Must finish in 10 minutes to be eligible to win prizes; in 20 minutes to appear in the results.
New - Kids Beach Dash
Also new in 2026 is the Kids Beach Dash!
Kids age 4 to 6 will race down the sand in Newport Dunes Resort.
Toddler trot
This is for children age 3 and younger. It takes place in the expo inside a fenced, astro-turf covered area. There are multiple start times between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
